Refund & Return Policy

At PrimeLeader.shop, we keep our return and refund process simple, transparent, and suitable for our Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).

When your order arrives, you may decide whether you want to accept the package.

If you choose not to accept the order at the time of delivery, you may refuse/return the package to the courier before making the COD payment.

Since no payment has been made, no refund will be applicable.

Important

Once you accept the package and make the COD payment, the order is considered final.

After accepting and paying for a COD order, we do not offer returns or refunds.

2. Prepaid Orders

If a payment is made in advance before delivery, a different rule applies.

If you decide not to accept the prepaid order at the time of delivery and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the amount you paid after deducting the applicable shipping and delivery charges.

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment-processing terms.

Example

If you paid PKR 2,000 in advance and the applicable shipping charges are PKR 200, your eligible refund would be PKR 1,800.

3. Return at the Time of Delivery

Our return option is primarily available at the time of delivery.

Customers may refuse the package before accepting it and, in the case of COD, before making payment.

We do not operate a long-term or post-delivery return window for orders that have already been accepted by the customer.

4. No Post-Delivery Refunds for Accepted COD Orders

After a COD order has been received, accepted, and paid for by the customer, no refund or return will be available.

We therefore encourage customers to review the order and make their decision at the time of delivery, before accepting the package.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Such cases may be reviewed separately and an appropriate solution may be provided depending on the circumstances.

6. Order Confirmation

For COD orders, we may contact you by phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Please ensure that your phone number, name, and delivery address are accurate.

7. Our Simple Return & Refund Rule

COD: Refuse at delivery before payment → No payment, therefore no refund.

COD: Accept and pay → Final sale; no return or refund.

Prepaid: Refuse/return at delivery → Refund issued after applicable shipping charges are deducted.

8. Policy Changes
